Time Tested Love: Naomi & Joseph

Time taste love, and a unique engagement shoot.

Hello YOU, I feel the need to share what I learn from each couple with you. I hope to inspire couples, families or anyone in need. So I started this blog after this amazing photoshoot with Naomi and Joseph today at C3 San Fernando.

Naomi and Joseph had been dating for a few years, friends of mine. When I heard that their time had reached to tie the knot, I was absolutely overjoyed that they asked me to capture their memories.

Their Love

When life throws you setbacks, fight back with patience. The aftermath is a love that has stood the test of time, that has stood against all odds and could smile in the face of adversity. I admire their commitment and devotion to each other, it was very inspiring, they both seem to understand what role each one plays in their relationship and the role that their deep rooted faith in Jesus has played in their being together. Their love is a lesson for the divorce courts.

Concept

Naomi is THE DESIGNER and manager at Heartfelt Designs, she is also a Pisces (me too....smile). Two very good reasons why, when she sent her first story board images of a restaurant engagement, I totally got her. She didn't want the traditional Green or Water shoot. I was on board. I had a deep desire to do a photoshoot in C3 mall, and our visions were married. Joseph, the groom to be, made the shoot into a reality by contacting the restaurants and liaising with management, "Like a real Boss". With so much cooperation and high spirits, we started off with good vibes.

Planning

When a couple is enthusiastic about their moment, it builds a momentum. "I mean they even had a dress rehearsal for their shoot", three outfits (Formal, semi-formal and casual). Their colors were well coordinated and suited to each location for the shoot.
